DROP A NAP: KEEP SLEEP ON TRACK

Help your baby drop their naps the right way!

A Masterclass to help you successfully maintain your little one’s sleep as they grow and start to drop naps.

Most parents don't even realise they need to do anything to help their baby through these transitions and are clueless that they happen at specific ages!

Do I actually need to do anything though? Surely they just drop the nap when they’re ready?

Well, if you coast into these development milestones unaware or you drop a nap because it makes bedtime easier (big hint...don't do this!) you're gonna end up with an overtired child.

An overtired child means...

▪           Night wakings

▪           Waking early in the morning

▪           Short naps

▪           Fighting sleep

▪           Excessive crying

...and the exhausting list goes on.

And here’s the thing about overtiredness.

It’s sneaky and will slowly (or quickly) build up and suddenly bite you on the ass!

So everything might seem hunky dory after your 7-month-old baby dropped that catnap at the end of the day.

Bedtime has been so much easier. They fall asleep quickly and with much less fuss.

Then slowly, the odd night waking creeps in. Then they wake up at 5.35 am and just won’t go back to sleep.

You try feeding them as you think they’re hungry. It doesn’t work and you’re all exhausted and awake for the day.

And that’s a long day ahead on 2 naps. You can’t put them to bed early as they’ll just wake up early the next morning!

Cue more over-tiredness.

You can see how quickly things can spiral.

Knowledge is power, right?

So if you want to know when exactly they should drop a nap, how to do it correctly and avoid the unexplained 2-hour party your toddler wants in the middle of the night or the eye-watering 5.00 am start to the day and how you should handle the scenario above the early waking, download the Masterclass and get started with the simple steps.

Here's what's covered in the audio Masterclass & 26-page guide:

▪           Sleep needs from birth to 4 years

▪           When they drop a nap

▪           How to tell if your child is ready

▪           Strategies to manage the transition

▪           Common (costly) mistakes

▪           Typical daytime schedules

▪           Schedules whilst they're transitioning

▪           Managing sleep at nursery & daycare
